BHA Hyundais Stretch Fuel for TCR Win
Gabby Chaves and Parker Chase stretched the fuel mileage to give Bryan Herta Autosport and Hyundai its fourth consecutive class win in TCR.
Chaves drove the No. 33 Hyundai Veloster N TCR to a one-lap win over teammate Chase in the No. 29 entry.
The cars completed 61-minute stints, despite having faced a 10-liter reduction in fuel capacity for this weekend.
It marked Chaves and Ryan Norman’s second class win in the last three races.
The No. 73 LA Honda World Racing Honda Civic Type R TCR of Mat Pombo and Mike LaMarra completed the class podium, breaking a three-race podium sweep by the Korean manufacturer.
